Financing someone else's balloon payment
Discussion
I've been tipped off on a rather decent Porsche 997.2 whose owner is due to hand back to the finance company under the Halves & Thirds thingy.
They have an option to pay a final balloon, which is rather a lot less than the value of the car, which is a pretty perfect spec.
Other than arranging a bank loan, or possibly my own finance deal with a broker, is there any way I can somehow arrange to finance the balloon with the current finance company?

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. If he is giving the car back to the finance company why can't you just ask your mate to get settlement figure on the finance and sell you the car for that figure?
Do you have the cash to do this or are you asking how you could finance this amount?
