Moving money from bank account to PayPal, taking ages.

I transferred about £30 from my bank to PayPal (via PayPal) last Tuesday night and the funds are still not available and the status is "other". Does it always take this long?

This is money transferred from my bank account to my PayPal. The funds should be in my PayPal account. Looking at the site rather than the app on Android it's status is "processing"
