Transferring shares?

Hello All,

I have some shares that I bought via my online banking with HSBC, I want to cancel my bank account with them as I am probably moving my banking to First Direct. However I want the facility to managed these shares somewhere, I am probably looking to buy more shares on and off over the future so need a facility where I can hold them for little or no cost and do a few trades here and there.

Any help with this would be great!

Can't you just leave the shares in your HSBC trading account?

My trading account is linked to my bank account which I wish to close and move to first direct!

Can't see why not. They are part of the same group.
