Switching from Offset mortgage to variable where to put the

I ask as I always draw down the max possible so will need to find a home for >>£100k is it worth putting in the max to premium bonds what's the payback like or just maximise regular savers etc.

Note I do not want to tie up cash for fixed 5 years etc
