changing 35k euro into sterling

Not sure if this is the correct place in the forum but i need to change €35k held in iriah bank account to sterling for a property purchase.

Where would i achieve the best rate on my money?

I also seem to recall one of those online money changibg services going bang a couple of years ago

I use hifx or number one currency for the same thing

Suggest transferwise .. almost interbank rates with a flat £5 fee. i've tried loads and this is the cheapest.
