Can anyone tell me what the upside is for me as a Lloyds shareholder? ie. Divvy or free shares in TSB etc?

I'm holding with a view to 3-5 years investment. I can't see any more double digit intra day increase - today was just a normalisation towards the 'book price' - but I do think it should be quite a slow steady burner. Plans to return to dividends by 2018 are positive and I believe they will stick to that timescale and it will be a reasonably high dividend payer (like banks used to be!).

Lloyds has to sell the remaining portion by 2016 (?) so Itll be interesting when and how it goes about that, and possible impact on the SP.

I haven't really researched it but I'm not convinced.

I think I read something out their plan to open more branches at a time when the other banks are closing unprofitable branches and scaling back their retail operations.
