T1 transit document - anyone work in logistics?

Hi, looking for a bit of info from anyone that can help.

I've bought a car in Holland. The car has 6000km but has never been registered in Holland, has no EU Vat paid on it and no MOT. I want to export the car outside of the EU to Gibraltar where I live. I am told I need to get a T1 Transit Document as it needs to be transported across Europe essentially bonded. I'm struggling to find anyone in Holland that will get this document for me - anyone have any ideas? Car is just outside Amsterdam. Thanks
