Anyone got any recommendations on mortgage advisors?

I have got 52% equity to loan (not sure what that means) in the property at the moment and want to lock down a 5 year fixed mortgage before things go upwards.

So far have been offered 3.09% fixed for 5 years, then variable, which Im not entirely convinced is that good, but I havent looked for many a year, but it is better than what I have currently.

Anyone on here help?
