Lifetime - £499 fee @ BOE+2.19%

Fixed...

2 yr - £999 fee @ 2.69%
2yr- £0 fee @ 2.99%
3yr- £0 fee @ 3.29%
5yr- £999 fee @ 3.69%
5yr- £0 fee @ 3.89%



My head is saying the 5yr fixed @ 3.89%

What's your LTV?

Approx. value is £200,000 (gone up about 20k since purchase in 2012)... mortgage outstanding is ~£142,000 so ~71%

A quick search on moneysupermarket will beat those rates.

Post Office do a 2 year fixed at 1.98%, with a £995 fee
