Trading 212, any experience here?
Discussion
So a video-ad for these guys popped up on yourtube. Normally, I click skip, but as the Mrs and I were talking about something similar a few days ago, this one grabbed my attention

I am sure people on here have experience of these types of trading platforms. Does anyone use trading 212? Recommended? If not, what is a better alternative? I dont want to deal with brokers etc... just something in the evenings for a bit of fun. If I win, I win, if I lose, i'm not standing outside my house with a hat in my hand.
TIA

If you are serious about leveraged FX trading for fun.
Either do it with a dummy account to save yourself ££.
OR if you have to do it with real cash why not use market leaders such as:
IG Index https://www.ig.com/uk
CMC Markets http://www.cmcmarkets.co.uk/en
At least they are regulated by the FCA (who is based in the UK).
Also, as I have learned the hard way - if you do any serious spread betting at least to start, I would strongly recommend a GUARANTEED stop. It has been worth the extra spread.
And I set up an account that won't let me bet more than my account value.
In other words, I place bets with guaranteed stops such that if/when I get stopped out the loss is lower than my account balance.
That way I can't lose more than 100%. (Until I fill the account again!)
