Fund supermarkets and quarterly reporting
Discussion
I am looking to switch my ISA and I am hoping someone can help.
It is currently with Fidelity which has been fine up to now.
However, for compliance reasons I now have to provide my employer with quarterly statements detailing any transactions for the period.
In my HL SIPP I happily login online and run a transaction report for any dates I like and generate a pdf.
Excellent.
However, for my ISA I have to call up and request it each time. It then takes two days. And usually they screw it up somehow so I end up calling multiple times. Gargantuan ball ache, although clearly a very first world problem!
At the same time, according to this chart Fidelity is relatively expensive:

So I was looking for a fund supermarket that has the functionality of HL I describe (online report generation) but doesn't cost as much as them, when looking at the middle-ish column of the table.
I tried iii and Trustnet Direct but they appear not to be able to answer the phone.
Anybody have any recommendations?
