I don't have a lot on credit cards or should that be card.

I use it to pay for anything on the net and then pay it off when I can be bothered, sometimes its all off in one go, sometimes its a few hundred £.

I know the % on my CC is reasonable high at 9-19%.

How does one go about switching this to a 0% CC (for say 3 years) and what are the pit falls?

The reason I ask is that I have always used the CC that my current bank supply, so have never looked at this before, today I was just thinking about it and wondered how difficult it would be to do it?

Show me some good deals, based on the fact I have no debts other than mortgage and a lazy CC.

Takes all of 15 mins to apply online.
I got the Santander 123 cc recently, 24 months interest free and no balance transfer fees. Didn't need an interest free card but hey, it's free money smile
You can do balance transfers online, all you have to do is type in your other cc number. So now I get 1.25% cashback on my Amex, transfer it over to the Santander one and pay the minimum amount each month biggrin

That's a terrible way to use a credit card...

Just apply for a new one and there will be an option to transfer a balance, simply input the details of your existing card and the current balance and they will pay it off and add the balance to your new 0% card.
