I use UKForex and find them very competitive for rates - if you PM me I can give you my referral link where we both get something like £10 Amazon voucher.

UKForex for me too.

You'll have to set up the account from the UK though as they check your IP address and usually call you to confirm you're not a dodgy Arab.
