We're looking at investing in some domestic property at work (long term trading ltd co) and ideally want to do it through a Newco.

So far I've found a lender that's happy to lend at 3.59% which is about 50% more than I'd get a mortgage at if I did it personally.

Are there good deals out there for ltd co's who have been set up for this purpose - obviously the Directors would guarantee the loan.

TIA smile

I'd been thinking about a similar thing recently. How would this work, would multiples of profit be used to determine the amount you could borrow? Also what deposit would you need to put down on a commercial mortgage for domestic BTL.
