Additional Borrowing & Overdraft

Hi,

Wanting to get some extra borrowing on our existing mortgage to fund an approx. £35k extension.

The debt that we have is mortgage and an overdraft (£1750 available) that fluctuates from plus £2000 to -£1000, I'm wondering how this will be seen by the lender??? I realise I could just pay the overdraft off but I had had it for years and never really worried about it.

Shouldn't be an issue if you've not been over the overdraft limit or your affordability is borderline......

Thanks for the reply, no I have never been over my limit.

Hopefully my outgoings are small enough!
