Europe

This question would equally cover any ISA/Fund and any value I guess but thought I'd make it specific

In the same position I'd look at a low cost tracker fund following S&P 500. Something like Vanguard - https://personal.vanguard.com/us/FundsSnapshot?Fun...
to give a balanced exposure without overly lining a fund manager's pockets.
