Gentlemen... Legal talk not being my thing, I was wondering if any of would be kind enough to 'translate' the following for me in to lay mans English, names and address changed for obvious reasons. It's a mortgaged property not in the name of Mary Scott named below....Thanks in advance .

RESTRICTION: No disposition of the registered estate by
the proprietor of the registered estate is to be registered without a
written consent signed by Mary Jane Scott of 6 Acacia Drive,
Leeds LS21 9XX or her personal representatives.

The property can't be sold without Mary signing to say it's ok??
