Mortgage question re: sub accounts ?

I'm useless with mortgages etc but reading this forum has helped me out loads over the years.

My current mortgage is made of 2 parts (sub accounts) this first and original being a 5 year deal that ends 11/16 the second is a 2 year deal I took out for additional money to move into our current house this ends 3/16.

Question is, Can I remortgage the sub accounts separately and with other lenders when each deal ends i.e 3/16 then 11/16 or do I have to wait until the main mortgage deal comes to an end 11/16.

You have to move them both together at the same time.
