If you're a contractor and looking to get a mortgage, start with Sarnie (Liam). (or anyone else really)

Last week my partner and I completed on our first house. I though my situation was fairly hopeless to get a mortgage, as I was fairly new to contracting, without any company accounts. I had spoken to other FAs and Brokers, and they had said I would have little hope.

I gave Sarnie a go after seeing some good feedback about him on here, and to my surprise after explaining my background and situation, he went to work.

He sorted everything out, and we got what I consider an excellent interest rate, and with a large "high-street" lender. The process to me seemed very easy and simple, which is probably what makes him so good. I never worried about the mortgage or anything to do with it.

Although we had a sale fall through, and the process taking a long time, his service and communication was always excellent.

I really believe without his help, we would still be in our rented flat, so once again, thank you for everything.
