With the scandal will it now be worthwhile taking a gamble and buying VW shares?
They have dropped significantly over he last few days.

BP shares were a good buy during the Gulf of Mexico spill slump.

Can't wait to see Xetra being propped up by every joe bloggs in the public thinking, "Ooh I know stock markets, free money, buy buy buy" and then watching it tank when they all sell.

VOW3 seems to be recovering but I think it'll struggle for a while until it breaks the 120ish level.

Think price will be be stable (110-117 range) until true amount of fine/sanction is announced.

Depends how much you're willing to spend and what you'd consider a good return really. If you're disciplined, it might be worth a play, but you're going to be looking at a reasonable amount just to make any potential return worth the cost and the risk. Not sure I'd have the nerve, given the potential for the investigation to expand into other markets and the possibility of huge fines and likely years of court cases.

I would be more interested in shorting their competitors, they can't be the only ones at it.
