I was just going to post that too as I was listening to it as well!It made me smile to hear paul Lewis stating that they had never had someone from Pistonheads forum commenting on Moneybox live before.
The subject was a out BMW finance refusing to give a refund on ppi for a BMW car loan, stating that they were outside of the regulations at the time the loan was taken out.

The gentleman making the claim was seeking support of other BMW drivers, perhaps we should invite him here to the BMW owners section!
He also passed comment, on the fact that he felt BMW thought as it was for quite a small amount, £400-£600 with interest I seem to recall, that he would just roll,over and let it slide.
I enjoyed his analogy of this, when he said, " if someone walked up to you in the street, and stole £400 off you, then none of us would take that without putting up a fight! ".
I wish him lots of luck in fighting the colossal corporate finance machine that is BMW GmbH.
