has anyone ever known personally the winner of the big prize?

I know 3 lottery winners - 1 jackpot winner and 2 1million pound winners - but have never heard of a big premium bond winner.

over to the 'crowd' if no-one here has personal experience of knowing a winner I reckon its a scam

It does seem a bit odd that you never see photos of PB jackpot winners standing outside their houses clutching giant fans of cash. You'd think the Govt would want to promote PBs.

Still, inflation is -0.1% today so that 'average return' just got 0.1% bigger!
