Can anyone tell me what this means please?

Return of Cash Terms

Your account has been credited with 19 McBride B share entitlements for
every McBride ordinary share held.

A.Each McBride B Share Entitlement will be redeemed for 0.1
pence.
Or

A.You may retain your B Shares. (Default)

Actions required by you

As this is a voluntary event, we require an instruction from you.

Should you wish to retain your B shares, you need take no action.

Should you wish to redeem your B share entitlements for cash, please
provide us with your instruction by 14:00 on 11 November 2015. Please
specify the number of B share entitlements you wish to redeem.

Are they saying that I can sell my shares for less than they're currently worth? Or are they saying I can buy a load more for 0.01p each?
