Dear PH’s

I really need an IFA in Manchester. I was wondering if I could take recommendations from here?

I will be looking at Company Pension Transfer, ability to buy BTL property and if the current personal pension is working for me.

Any help would be great.

I'm from Manchester also, met with a high rated IFA from this site:

A couple of things put me off going ahead:

They charged ongoing annual fee of 1% assets under management, which over time is expensive if you do the compounding maths.

He seemed to be steering me away from BTL etc, the cynic in me says this is because they will not receive any commission if i was to invest in BTL, rather than their choice of funds etc.

If you can find someone who accepts one time payment for consultation, then there is less conflict of interests - good luck!
