LR Defender, Commercial Vehicle

I've had the itch for a defender for a while now.

Am i right in thinking i can purchase one in my ltd company (using company cash) and also put all running costs / fuel / maintenance though the company and only pay a small amount of bik?

Is the whole purchase price written off against tax, or written down as depreciation? And what about when i sell it?

Does this only work if the company can "justify" the vehicle and why it is needed?
