Pension Conundrum

Have just received my annual statement for my private pension from Virgin. I'm hitting 50 this year, I would like, when I get to 55, to have all the various options available to me such as income drawdown.
Virgin only appear to allow 2 ways of accessing the fund, annuity or complete one off fund withdrawal. Neither of which is in my current plans.
Would appreciate any recommendations for pensions that do allow all the options when the time comes. Thanks H67.
