Can I use my SIPP as collateral for borrowing for cash flow in my LTD company ? Looking to pledge SIPP to third party lender rather than mortgaging my residence. I am 51 so no drawdown yet...

No.

You could potentially establish a SSAS though and make a loan from the SSAS to the Ltd. Maximum loan would be 50% of the SSAS.

There are a few on here but I would think for something like that you would have to appoint an IFA to help anyway.

We're looking to do a similar thing for a business investment we're about to make.

It appears to be quite a specialist area. We've had an initial chat with these guys, I can't vouch for them, but they do seem to know what they are talking about:-
