I've used Sarnie, who is on this forum several times - and he's brilliant. There are several threads about him (and how good he is), I can thoroughly recommend him.

I can throughly recommend Sarnie as well. Although I still haven't bought my house, he has been extremely helpful with the various options with my very specific set of requirements.

as per the others, I contacted sarnie after reading a lot of positive reviews on here and the service was great.

I'm a self employed/ limited company contractor, so limits my choices of where to go and sarnie sorted it all out quickly wih very little fuss (and answering lots of stupid first time buyer questions) and quick replies outwith your normal 9-5 office hours.

i also recommended him to a friend and by the sounds of it, he sorted them out in eaxctly the same fashion!

Hi Sarnie

Can you drop me a pm? Tried getting in touch a few weeks back via your profile but no cigar.

Close to a sale now so need to get things moving on a new mortgage.

Cheers!
