Financing for international projects - few questions!

I need some information on this whole debt financing of commercial project.

So to the PH massive, if you are kind enough to give me some of your time, here are my questions -

1. Project is infrastructure - support services to a small container terminal in asia - funding from Uk possible?
2. Project is small - looking to build and operate with ongoing dividends for shareholders - approx £1m-£1.5m total investment
3. Funding product - to build infrastructure, repayment over fixed term - kind of like a 100% mortgage possible? Total profit allocation to discharge debt asap possible?
4. Contacts - anyone in PH in this game? Can I pick your brains?
5. What is the normal or most effective way to do this? As someone who has an opportunity, but no big money to play with, how can I get a slice of the action?
