US Share dealing account from UK

Hi, any recommendations for the best account to use? I used share centre in the past, but not sure they're the best option? This is for buying and holding stocks on the US market in $, from the UK.

Interactive brokers or IG.. HL will charge you overall 6% of your holding due to their "forex charge"
