Pension Wise service
Discussion
Regrettably at the age where Pension options are to be considered, any positive experiences of Pension Wise meetings?
I'm not expecting bespoke advice and will consult an IFA in due course but are they worthwhile for somebody with a SIPP, DB scheme and a reasonable grasp of their own less than straightforward financial affairs?

I don't think they can tell you anything face to face that you can't find out from their website. Equally they can only give you information and absolutely no advice or recommendations.
So probably not worth the effort.
Try and find an adviser who will charge an hourly fee for their time (rather than a percentage of your pension values).
If you want to post more detail up here (and of course you may not) you will probably get better non-advised feedback here than through Pension Wise.
