I do have a regular account but this needs to be kept separate.

I own a house which is in joint names.

I pay the mortgage, bills, council tax and the rest of it. I also in the past (for about 3 years) paid her £1200 / month so that she can stay at home, however she does some part time work for her father.

I sold my house (in my name) in order to buy the new property (bought last October) - about £80,000 from the sale. The equity is about £100,000 in the new property.

I want to call it a day with her and she keep saying I pay her £50,000 and then we transfer, I'd be happy with this. On other occasions she says that she'll give me £50,000 to buy me out.

What can i do? Who owns what? Can she buy me out for £50,000? We were engaged but not married. No kids etc.

Who paid for the house when it was bought? There are no divorce rules applying here, so it's really what the two of you can agree.

I paid for it. Her income shows she cannot afford. I've got the bank statements to show i paid the mortgage.

Op I don't mean to be rude but why did you buy a house then give her half, plus pay all the bills and on top of that give her money?!

Ah fair enough mate - I once made a complete fool of myself over a beautiful air hostess with long dark hair, bright blue eyes and curves like a race track. It probably wont be my last time either.

All the best with sorting it out - get professional advice just in case you can get some of it back.

Got to admire women.

Get their name on the property Title, make no financial contribution yet want to walk away with half the equity.

That's feminism for you, imagine if you were a man trying to do the same thing to a woman.

I am sure if you worked out £50,000 divided by the number of times you had sex it would have been cheaper to get a professional.

No such thing as free sex, you pay for it one way or another.

Oh and OP hope this has been a big red pill to you, definitely join MGTOW

My mate (male) made a few £££ from his divorce. Rare, I know but it does happen.

He has spunked it all on his new wife though!!
