What's the PH view on this?

Apparently can be wrapped up in an ISA which makes the circa 4% return sound attractive.
Looking to invest some spare cash which won't be needed in a hurry.

Why is the investor only getting (slightly less) than half the rate the borrower is paying?

Where in line do the investors sit when losses are allocated?
