5 Year Fixed Rate Deals

Coming to the end of fixed rate with Accord.

Mortgage roughly £334k and house roughly £480k.

So just squeaking under 70% LTV.

Looking for a 5 year fix.

The deals in the letter they've sent are:
2.01% with £995 fee
2.23% with £0 fee


These both seem ok based on a quick search but is anyone aware of anything massively better?
