Rosinca Mortgages ?

Have mortgages with Mortgage Express and two of them have gone to / transfered to Rosinca Mortgages.

Google will tell you Rosinca is part of Topaz Finance Ltd which is a large lender etc.

But all Rosinca correspondence is still going to same Skipton address as Mortgage Express!

Any finance experts / brokers know about the transfer and why?

Yes I noticed that as well as I have two btl mortgages with Mortgage Express.

Mortgage Express were state owned after the collapse of Bradford and Bingley. They sold part of the mortgage book to Prudential last year i think and now the final bit in March 18 to Topaz.

For years the interest rates charged have been really, really low, so now it's gone private / commercial again I'm expecting a rate rise of some sort in the not too distant future...
