As above, sold my car and now have £10k cash (I use a second car). Does anyone have any experience with investing in shipping containers and getting a management company to handle everything? The returns seem very good....

This morning I setup and put it into a fully managed stock and shares ISA. Nutmeg is who I went for. Very straight forward!

Rent a gated plot of land and install half a dozen used shipping containers. Rent them out as storage for a price you think the market will support. Advertise them. See how it goes.

Bit more risky. Don't view your valuation everyday!

Can you tell me where to get one of these cash ISAs with the growth rate that I choose please? I've weighed it all up based on the above calculator and I think all things considered I'll go for 8%.

All in jest smile

A mate does exactly this and its a very good business for him , in fact hes always looking for more land to scale up as the market is screaming out for storage

That involves work. The joy of the conventional investment scam is that it doesn’t and it pays more anyway.

Bury your £10k in a sandy beach and come back a year later and you still have more chance of seeing your £10k again.
