Landlord Insurance

Hi all

Trying to estimate the value/worth of landlord insurance on a purpose-built modern (built 2009) flat. Building insurance is covered by the service charge so this would be contents-only.

Flat is let unfurnished so my contents would be the kitchen appliances only (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven).

Other than the loss of rent, what else should the policy cover/what should I look for?

There will usually be some public liability insurance in there too.
