Sorry Shnozz, were it Portugal I could help more. Try Blacktower Financial Management (they are popular in the Quinta do Lago region in Portugal and have Spanish offices) or just go direct to Santander and the like.

Don't discount direct, the main spanish banks are pretty english friendly and sometimes have good deals. Check the big spanish names, bbva, sabadell, la caixa etc
