Buying a business partners shares

Are there any low rate finance options for the business or remaining partners to purchase the shares of a retiring partner ?

We are going through this process at the moment and there seems to be plenty of mezzanine finance options available. We are using a local corporate finance team to explore all our options which also include PE plus trade sale. This has been relatively stress free so far so would recommend contacting a local expert in this area to handle it for you.
