Can't access Pensions On Line

Can't work this out...

I cannot access my Pension On line

I can see my Pension letter....do my Self Assessment...PAYE etc using the Gateway log in or the new gov.uk verify but cannot see my pension forecast or gaps etc....just returns 'we're experiencing technical difficulties....please try later'

Tried various help lines with no success....they won't escalate or record the issue

Any ideas?

Probably doing a system update on least busy day of the year.

It works fine for everybody except me.....and strangely my wife...same problem

I can obviously log in OK.....can see my NI letter....but no other pension detail

We both pay voluntary Class 2 NI....not a standard thing so just wondering if that's the issue

It stopped working about 2 weeks ago

Maybe worth clearing your browsing history, cookies and temporary internet files? Sorted out a similar problem for me a while back.

Did that...

Logged on using to my Surface Go having never accessed my account using that machine....same

Ipad....using Chrome and Safari....same
