Does anyone know if a pension sharing order can be expressed as a fixed £ amount rather than a %

I’ve just downloaded the form online and it only gives the option of a %

I’ve discharged my solicitor as the divorce went through in August last year so can’t ask them and I don’t want to spend more money for the benefit of my ex wife.

There was a technical issue (pension account number) with the original order, we have agreed a £ amount and would like to submit that.

I don’t want to get it rejected again hence asking here.

Thanks

If you have identified a set amount, that’s fine, but you still have to calculate and express it as a percentage.

Info on PAS is correct.

Quite often, people work it back by getting a transfer value as close to completing their PSO as possible, putting in the percentage that transfers an agreed value, and then implementing the PSO as soon as they can. However, this doesn't guarantee the value as that'll be calculated when the PSO is implemented, and trying to link the percentage to a certain transfer value isn't effective.
