Withdrawing objection to company strike off

Long story short im trying to close down a company and a person with a trade dispute objected to the striking off of the company. The two parties have now come to an agreement and are happy for the company to be struck off. Hows best to resume the "countdown". Does the party who objected withdraw the objection or does the company being struck off apply to be struck off again?
Any help would be appreciated thanks.
