Pre paid dollar card that works with paypal

I’ve been doing some importing from the states as a sole trader. I’ve been using my Uk PayPal account to send the funds. I have been losing money on the exchange rate fluctuations.
I figured I could use my FairFX card. Top it up when the rates are good, etc. But FairFX doesn’t work with PayPal.

What other options do I have ? I don’t want to go Ltd company yet, which means no business dollar account.
I just started thinking about how to save on this and thought someone might have an idea??

I use the Caxton FX card for dollar purchases on eBay/Paypal. It works fine.
