Career average pension - no brainer?
Discussion
Given the choice between a career average DB pension (1/60th for 5%) or a salary sacrifice DC pension is it as much of a no brainer as it appears?
It looks like for 5% contribution (basis 50k salary) I can get a £830/year pension for every year employed? To sacrifice 5% (£2.5k) into a DC pension wouldn't get anywhere near that much at retirement would it?
