Letting property - Which website to use?

Hi,

i want to list my rental property on rightmose, zoopla, etc.

In the past i used house-simple to do this.
But they don't do rentals now.

Any recommendations for websites to do this?

Why not just choose a good local letting agent on a let-only basis?

Have just let a place using openrent. 80% happy.

There is also spareroom/findaflat

Di you choose the option to put on rightmove, hoopla etc?

just used openrent
advert on zoopla rightmove £29.00
text you with tenant enquiries you can pick and chose level of assistance ie reference contract deposit protection etc.
let with in 10 days.
no affiliation to them.

Hoe quickly did the listing take to go on rightmove, etc?

less then 24 hrs you need to prove to rightmove that you own the property you are letting copy of landlords insurance is fine

Ad was on rightmove, zoopla etc. Tenant saw the advert on rightmove and responded through openrent.

I used the openrent referencing & deposit service. My only complaint with openrent insist that you use 'MyDeposit.com' to hold the deposit but that isn't my preferred agency.
