Advice required EBay purchase

Ordered a product from the bay, ordered previously some years back no issue, my fault didn't check thoroughly enough, not the same supplier, damn, my mistake. Got an order ack, promised delivery date, not a huge amount, just over a tenner, that money doesn't concern me. Payment is still sitting in pending transactions. Card issuer confident card will be ok as it's through PayPal. Ok if you say so but then.
Turns out supplier dodgy, goods likely don't exist, no comms from them under investigation by EBay apparently, had other accounts binned, but my concern is that they are a scam merchant who now have name, delivery address, card details and phone number.
Tbh not sure how PayPal handles cc transactions that aren't through an existing customer account.
Actions so far.
Card stopped.
Going through various accounts, bank etc, where linked to that email account and phone number, amending those records and profiles to use another secure email address and changing security details, will also change phone number as soon as possible. (Was going to swap the email addresses used for this anyway but was taking my time about it as had been seen as low priority)
What else?
Is changing my mobile number going over the top or definitely advisable, even though it will be a right pain at the moment.
Kicking myself right now, normally ultra careful to the point of paranoia, but you know how it goes, trying to keep a place going with 15 balls in the air alongside everything else going on and pressing on folks' minds.
Any observations and advice helpful and appreciated.

If you have paid by PayPal then I don't believe the seller can see your card details.
You should be covered by paypal if your goods never arrive.
They can see your name and address though for obvious reasons, not sure about phone number.
Just be wary of any emails from PayPal as they may try and phish for your credentials.
Any messages from PayPal or ebay should only be read by manually typing https://paypal.com or https://ebay.co.uk in to your browser. Never click through on any links sent from an email.

Good points, thanks, fortunately generally utterly wary about clicking on links. Example the other day trying to sort out a banking issue where they were holding up a genuine payment, didn't click a link on the page that popped up, didn't phone the number on that page, but phoned another known number to get in via a known route, that's how careful I am normally. Kicking myself right now.
