Transfer to Revolute from bank or paypal

My IPTV guy is only taking revolute payments due to lock down. I don't have a revolute account. Can I pay him from paypal or my bank account?

He's not taking bank transfer. Normally I pay cash.

Then you need to tell him you don’t have a Revolute account. If there’s a way for you to pay into his Revolute without opening an account yourself he’ll tell you. It’s his problem not yours.

I did, he asked for cash but I can't go round there right now so I was just asking if there was another way. It's my problem because my TV is disconnected.

Tell him to give you the account details that come up in the app and then you can send him the money like any other bank transfer .

Illegal iptv I'd imagine his arse is twitching a bit for a bank transfer being too noticeable, my man takes PayPal.

A Revolut account is just a bank account (well, in some cases it isn't) but it has a sort code and account number, or IBAN.

So you just do a transfer to his 'bank' account like any other?

Yeah he doesn't want to give out the IBAN as it goes through the bank. He's only taking cash or Revolute to Revolute. He'll have to wait for cash.

It's easy enough to get a Revolut account, and once you have one you can transfer funds to it from another account or card.

Note that some credit cards will treat it as a cash transaction, others as a normal purchase, best to ask them first.

Well not right now with lock down plus his service is cheap and reliable. I'll just have to put the cash through the letterbox when I'm on my "daily exercise" or on the next food run.

Personally I wouldn't touch them with a barge poll. I've heard too many stories of accounts being locked and taking months to get your money back. An acquaintance of mine was using it as a business account and had £15K locked up for 2 month. There is no customer service. It's all chat bots.

I never put more on mine than I'm intending to spend almost immediately, I mainly use it abroad.
