Just when i thought Aegon RetireReady couldnt get any worse they are now responding to emails with html attachments and expecting consumers to register with a third party (trend micro) in order to read the customer support replies. Aegon have a web portal so why they cant use that I dont know.

Anyhow I was going to transfer periodically from my employment SS funded Aegon into AjBell but AJB require me to print off and post a transfer request.

Jesus christ what century are these people in.

Does anyone know if i can open a vanguard account online and then transfer in from my RetireReady without requiring a printer?

If i can do everything online great. I'll even move the AjB stuff over if the costs are to be saved.

Cant help with your exact specific case but I did the same from Blue Trust and it was paperless.

The Vanguard site recognised my account details etc.
