Very pleased to see your post as I can now go to sleep assuming it's an issue following their planned maintenance earlier.

I have looked through transactions, my bank account, contact details, no new messages with them and nothing has changed - So I think its very likely they had an issue with their maintenance.

Software glitches do happen, particularly when updates are launched, but are quickly resolved.
