Paper bills.

I didn't know which section to post this, being a more mumsnet type query. I'm on a standard tarrif with eon (gas/electric) and I cannot for the life of me get a paper bill off them. Whether this is covid related is unknown. Call centre says I can 'choose' paper bill option on the app, I cannot see where tbh. Ditto Severn Trent, haven't had a physical bill off them for ages. I don't know if this is issues with Royal Mail and covid, but there is nothing in the media about this.
